NO EYES, NO PROBLEM!

It's the weekend, and I am real excited.  My mom has worked for 12 days straight and now we get 3 days to spend together.  She said that she was going to sleep in today, but I had other ideas.   I wanted to start the playing and the lovin' early.
I really really love my toys.  I have a whole basket of toys that I get to choose from.  I also play with some of mommy's toys like, her keys, money, socks, empty pill bottles, toilet paper rolls, wrappers..pretty much anything that is hers, is mine.  She is really good at sharing, as long as I don't hide anything.  I love to hide mommy's fun stuff under the bed, so that I can come back to it later.  I think it's only fair don't you?

Hello Homer - it's nice to meet you - we read you are a blind cat but we expect you get around the house very well. There is a beautiful lady cat on the CB called Tia - she can see but her mum is blind - Tia is going to be at a cat show today and we are hoping she will win a prize. Ask your mom if you can visit us sometime.

Hi there Homer. We came over from the Monkeys who are our very special friends so we know that you are special too. We have read lots about blind kitties and know they can do just about everything. Do you know about the book about Homer the Blind cat?? It is a fabulous book. It sure looks like you have a lot of really nice brothers and sisters so that is good. We have a ton of animals here. Last count there were 17 cats, all rescued, 2 dogs, 2 miniature donkeys and a goat of all things. We are writing down your link so we can come visit often. Good to meet you.

P.S. We wake up our Mom early on the weekends too. It's our special time with her and she should not sleep it away!

Love this post, adorable!! I had a blind Bull Terrier who was the sweetest creature. Actually a friend of mine just adopted a blind horse. :) Out of my pack, I have one dog that is completely deaf and he is the best, most intelligent dog I've ever known in my life.

Hi Homer, Welcome to the CB! I'm very interested to read about how a blind cat manages day-to-day, so ask your mom to write lots of articles about your daily life. Maybe even a video!!
